chainsawing!

It's been really quiet around the Fort for the past week... lots of rain, therefore no fires. Yesterday we started chainsaw training. We were in the classroom all day and today we're out in the field working with the saws. I really enjoy chainsawing.. it's fun- but reallllly hot work!

Last week my roomates and I went for an awesome bike ride to outside of Fort Frances... about 40 km. There's great trails and side roads around here.

Other than that, there really isn't much to report. Hopefully it starts to dry up soon because I'm itching to get back to a fire!
